Scary movie nightmare help?

Okay, so I don’t watch scary movies or read scary books very much, but i just woke up from a really scary dream (in my opinion) with my pants wet. Basically, my dream was of me at my school while this kid is playing some scary audio tape of situations where people are murdered. Now I get really freaked out by this stuff (I bet most of you think this is dumb) so I looked up ways not to be scared and even someone just describing a scary situation (ex. a girl hears a noise from the bathroom, she walks into her kitchen, sees nothing, goes back into the bathroom and some killer pops up) sends chills down my back to the point I can’t read that text anymore because my mind won’t stop playing back mental images. Even kids scary movies freak me out (now I bet most of you are laughing). PLEASE help me by writing something convincing about reasons why I shouldn’t be scared and how I can stop being scared. NO JOKES I am dead serious on this, winner gets 10 points. Thanks very much!!
