Hello, I am trying to be toned before my girlfriend gets back from her trip, I need help!?

I am an 18 year old 6″3′ male weighing at 165. I am thin, healthy, and athletic, but I am trying to make my abs visible, and make my arms and chest more muscular. I am eating healthy portions and trying to get in a lot of protein, and I am also drinking protein shakes, milk, and water.
Workout:
Monday, Wednseday, and Friday: I bike for 30 minutes, 60+ push ups, 100+ sit ups, 5 different ab work outs, and lifting free weights.
Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday: Run for 1 hour, wind sprints, and pull ups.
Sunday: Rest

I have less than a month to get toned, I need help and advice or training tips, anything possible to help me get to where I need to be.
I have been doing this for about 3 weeks and it only seems I am just losing weight not gaining muscle, so I am ajusting like crazy. So please help.

what i do is, they’re like sit ups but you lay upside down on an inclined bench press seat and you come up to about 108 degrease(or flat across) and lay back down…..but with a 25lb weight on your chest….
if you dont understand, just do sit ups with a 25lb or more weight on your chest…..it works but do it every day or other day…..and not to many or else you could hurt sumpthin!!!!
